The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission is considering introduction of a mandatory standard for installing corded internal window coverings in domestic dwellings. Following an earlier consultation on the scope and details of such a regulation the attached consultation paper sets out a detailed proposal and a draft regulation.
Stakeholders are invited to make written submissions on the consultation paper by Monday, 14 October 2013.
