Furniture

Most furniture is safe if used appropriately. But where evidence shows a risk of serious injury or illness related to certain furniture, these products must meet compulsory safety requirements known as mandatory safety standards.

This section contains product safety information on various furniture items and includes information on:

  • possible safety issues that we are currently monitoring related to furniture.
