If there is more than one children's nightwear label, how should the labels be positioned—can they stack on top of each other?

The fire hazard label must not be hidden by any other label. Labels can be stacked, but the fire hazard label must still be able to be clearly seen (i.e. on top of the stack or on a long label behind, so it can still be seen).
