Do the words “supplied” and “supply” as used in the regulations mean wholesale or retail supply?

Under the Trade Practices Act, supply includes being in the business of selling, exchanging, leasing and hiring. The regulations apply to anyone in the business of supplying corded internal window coverings, including manufacturers, importers, distributors and retailers.
