The latest version - as at 14 November 2011 - of the proposed mandatory standard for tobacco labelling (graphic health warnings) is now available for comment.
Comments on this draft of the proposed standard are due by COB Monday 5 December 2011. The ACCC is currently considering all submissions received so far, so please focus your responses in this consultation on new or additional comments.
