Potential eye injury.
What consumers should do
Check eyewear packaging (plastic bag) for the affected Lot number (14192), which is located on the bottom right corner of the packaging label, below the barcode. If your product:
* Has Lot 14192, or
* If the lot number cannot be identified, and product was purchased after 15 August 2014, immediately cease use and return to place of purchase for replacement or refund.
