What are the defects?

A small quantity of cots with these serial numbers have cap nuts with defective heads which can break off and present an ingestion and inhalation hazard, if swallowed. The cap nuts of concern are located in the cot ends and plug the highest set of base heads.

What are the hazards?

Choking.

What should consumers do?

To determine whether your cot may be affected, customers should undo the cap nut, and if it falls apart or is cracked in any way, please discard it and contact Gro-Years for a free replacement set. Further inquiries can be made by contacting Gro-Years.
