Glass used in the rear screen was not correctly toughened and may not shatter according to the requirements of the Australian Design Rules.
The hazards to consumers
If untoughened glass is broken, there is a risk of a cut from the glass.
What consumers should do
Contact O'Brien to determine if rear glass is from an affected batch. Affected screens will be replaced at no cost to the consumer.
