Some units may have a switching fault. The active conductor may not switch OFF even though the RCBO toggle is in the OFF position.

Source Co Electric is calling on all electrical contractors that purchased this product during the stated period to retest the switching of all units purchased by them. End customers should contact the electrical contractor that performed the installation. If a faulty unit is found it should be replaced immediately with a replacement Regis unit.
