What consumers should do
Consumers should either visit the recall website at www.regcen.com\m1500ss or call 1800 688 947 to determine if their rifles are being recalled. If so, the consumer should stop using the rifle immediately and follow the instructions provided by the website or by Outdoor Sporting Agencies (OSA), the Australian distributor. Consumers should return the rifle to the place of purchase so that it can either be replaced or repaired. OSA is the only entity that is qualified to inspect and repair or replace the rifles.
