Identification: "Pro-Aqua" and "Aqua-Pro". Model Nos.: AHRC-1020, AHRC-1025, AHRC-1025, AHRC-1032, AHRC-1040, AHRC-1200, AHRC-1500, AHRC-1800. Purchased between February and June 2003. These units have been sold at retail Aquarium outlets in Brisbane.
Reasons the product is recalled
Fluorescent lamp ballasts fitted to these units have been found to overheat. This could result in a break down of the insulation within the ballasts. Failure of the insulation could lead to a potential electric shock hazard.

Electric shock.
What consumers should do
