The affected product can be identified by item number BD-A08 and date of manufacture (D.O.M.) SEP 2008 printed on a label located on the underneath of the stroller. The stroller was sold exclusively at Australian Kmart stores from December 2008 onwards.
Reasons the product is recalled
A rivet in the front leg of the stroller may fail in certain circumstances.

Injury.
What consumers should do
Customers should cease using the Sonic 2 stroller immediately and return the stroller to any Kmart store for a repair or a refund. Customers requiring further information should call 1800 099 178.
