Sold through Big W Discount Stores between March 2001 and June 2001. The top can be identified by a style number label sewn into the left side seam of the garment B8068I/1BW and was sold in 2 colours: Grey and Blue.
Reasons the product is recalled
The toggles on the Lightning Bolt top may become separated or removed from the garment. If separated the toggles may pose a choking hazard to small children.

Choking hazard.
What consumers should do
Remove the toggles yourself, or return the garment to your nearest Big W Discount Store for a full refund. Or you may return the top by COD post to Reply Paid 110 PO Box 638 Hawthorn Vic 3122 and a replacement top will be sent to your address.
