Reasons the product is recalled
The plug pins may break off and remain wedged in the power supply socket. If an attempt is made to remove the pin without turning off the power supply the user may receive an electric shock.

Consumers should return the plug and cord to the Braun Key Service Centre for replacement free of charge. Consumers should contact the toll free number 1800 041 496 to obtain further details.
