The battery charger with travel adaptor has been supplied with Turbo - Tec Radio Control Cars - Models: Mad Bull or Cannon Fire or Power Jungle. Sold through Toyworld Stores in Queensland between 1 November 2001 and 1 June 2002.
Reasons the product is recalled
The battery charger and travel adaptor are not approved for sale in Australia and are non-compliant to Australian Standards. A serious electrical safety risk exists due to possible contact with live pins that could cause an electric shock or electrocution.
The hazards to consumers
Electric shock.
