MD Lash Factor contains a derivative of a prostaglandin cloprostenol. Prostaglandins are prescription only ingredients and as such the product can only be used under medical supervision.

What consumers should do
If you have a bottle of MD Lash Factor - do not use it. Please return it to Copper Care Pty Ltd for a refund. Please call the Customer Service Line on 1300 799 709 to arrange the return of the affected product and refund.
