'Weatherhead' H36206-250R. Used in LPG fuel hose assemblies and LPG conversions that are used in motor vehicles. Sold as bulk hose, in full roll lengths and made to order hose assemblies.
Reasons the product is recalled
The fuel hose has varying degrees of wall thickness. This may result in the product having a potential fuel leak when used.
The hazards to consumers
Fire/Explosion. Physical injury, death or property damage.
What consumers should do
