There are no identifying numbers. The products subject to the recall were imported in May 2012.

What are the defects?

Bacteria have been identified in the product, being one of the Pseudomonas type, the Enterobacter type or the Klebsiella type.

What are the hazards?

There is a risk of infection in people who are immunocompromised if the product gets into an open wound or in the eye, ear or mouth.

What should consumers do?

The consumer should not use the product and should instead seal the bottle and store it in a safe place.
