Reasons the product is recalled
In certain applications, the label covering the front of the product curled up at the edges, which could cause exposure of the infrared window and associated 230v electrical circuitry.

Potential for electric shock from exposed circuitry.
What consumers should do
Commercial customers have been notified and directed to return affected shelf stock to Franklin in exchange for new product and provide and install replacement cover kits for affected units that have been installed.
