What are the defects?
It has been identified that the small plastic toggles on the end of the elastic lace may detach and pose a potential choking hazard.
What should consumers do?
Immediately discontinue wearing the joggers and return them to the nearest Target, Target Coutry or Baby Target store to obtain a full cash refund OR remove the elastic lace,toggle and adjuster from the joggers and replace it with a non-elastic lace.
