Fantasy Bus Bunk Beds
Reasons the product is recalled
The mattress base panels is not fixed to the cross-rails they rest on and are therefore able to be dislodged. The opening in the guardrail at the rear of the bunk is too wide. The effective height of the safety guardrail is too low when the upper bunk is fitted with a mattress any deeper than 105mm. A gap of the dimension of the "portholes" could pose a serious risk of strangulation for children in circumstances where they may attempt to place their head through the gap and become caught.

Head entrapment and falling.
What consumers should do
Return bunk bed to the Furniture Galore outlet at which it was purchased immediately or call Furniture Galore to arrange collection. The bunk bed will be modified by the manufacturer to ensure it is safe and will be delivered to you free of charge. Alternatively a full refund will be provided on receipt of the bunk bed.
