Product description
The product consists of a toy tambourine, toy guitar and toy trumpet and were sold in discount stores throughout NSW and Victoria between October 2002 and September 2003.
Reasons the product is recalled
When tested to the Australian Toy Standard AS1647.2 the Musical Instrument Playset released dangerous small parts which are a significant inhalation/choking hazard to young children.
The hazards to consumers
Choking.
What consumers should do
