Gro-years cots within the range with serial numbers between 41105 and 45955. Serial numbers are located on a base slat underneath the mattress.
Reasons the product is recalled
A small quantity of cots with these serial numbers have cap nuts with defective heads which can break off and present an ingestion and inhalation hazard, if swallowed. The cap nuts of concern are located in the cot ends and plug the highest set of base heads.

Choking.
