Models R622/1A (3-in-1 bathroom heater, light and exhaust fan); R622/1B (heat lamp unit; and R622/2A (3-in-1 bathroom heater, light and exhaust fan).
Reasons the product is recalled
Defects relating to the 'mouse trap' connector that connects the wiring to the lamp holders and that the heat lamps can be operated without the fan running. Resulting in overheating, fire and/or the heat lamps falling out in some units.

Overheating, fire and/or the heat lamps falling out in some units.
What consumers should do
Please call the toll free number 1300 764 544 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm AEST). You should not use the heating lamps. If you have a R622/1A or R622/2A unit, you can continue to use the ordinary light and fan.
