The product affected is the orthodontic comforter or dummy. Reference No. 403190. The product features a distinctive glow-in-the-dark green nub, branded with the Tommee Tippee name, and either a pink or blue shield. Sold through Woolworths, Big W, K-Mart, Coles.
Reasons the product is recalled
Possible manufacturing fault that potentially may cause the nub of the dummy to detach from the shield, posing a choking hazard.
