Reasons the product is recalled

If the engine stop switch "Kill Switch: is left in the "RUN" posisiton it is possible, if water is present, that an electrical short may cause the motorcycle to start up and commence idling without physically operating the start switch. If this unintended start up occured in a closed area, exhaust fumes will fill the area where people could be exposed.

The hazards to consumers

Possible exhaust fume inhalation.
