The baby carrier can be used for newborns and children up to 3 years old (max 18kg) in 4 different positions (frog position, facing outwards, belly to belly and on your back).
Reasons the product is recalled
Due to a manufacturing error the strap/webbing has been sewn incorrectly and may detach during use.
The hazards to consumers
If the defect occurs without the additional safety strap in place, a child could fall from the carrier and suffer serious injury.
What consumers should do
Cease use immediately and contact Minimonkey Australia by sending an email to info@kiekaboo.com.au or contacting us by phone on 02 8231 6699 in order to arrange to recieve a replacement carrier.
