Product description
A chair with a swivelling side table that features song, music, and speech activities. The product code H7172 can be found on the bottom of the chair alongside the battery compartment. The toys have a 5cm open space between the blue seat back and white side table. The chair was available at major retailers from June 2005 at a price of $89.99.
Reasons the product is recalled
A child may become lodged between the seatback and side table features of the chair, possibily leading to entrapment of the neck.

Strangulation or minor injury.
What consumers should do
Parents should take these toys away from children immeadiately and contact Mattel Australia toll-free on 1300 135 312 between Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (Australian EST) to recieve a repair kit containing a plastic piece that snaps in between the seatback and the side table, preventing the possibility of entrapment. The repair can be done quickly and easily at home, and instructions will be provided.
