Reasons the product is recalled
The defect relates only to some GU10 Halogen globes supplied with Krypton Floor Lamps. These GU10 Halogen globes, when used with the Krypton 2lt Floor lamp, may explode in the event of a power surge, with a possibility of causing damage of harm.

Explosion.
What consumers should do
Consumers who have the affected model Floor Lamp should immediately cease using the product and contact Mercator Lighting, Customer Service Centre to obtain free replacement globes and further information. Toll Free 1300 552 255.
