Product description

Model FS-3G: 2m black extension cord with swivel face. Plug casing is dome shaped with finger grip support. Product was sold through Coles and Bi-Lo supermarkets between April 2005 and January 2006.

What are the defects?

The plug top may separate from the bottom and expose live contacts.

What are the hazards?

Electric shock.

What should consumers do?
