The brush head may disengage from the tooth brush handle.
The hazards to consumers
If the brush head disengages from the toothbrush handle, it may constitute a choking hazard.
What consumers should do
Consumers will be contacted directly by Norwex or the Consultant who supplied the product to them. Norwex will replace the toothbrush with a comparable priced product.
