Pendo is aware of one case where a manufacturing defect in a component resulted in the charger unit not being electrically safe.

There is a risk that the charger may cause an electric shock.
What consumers should do
Customers should immediately stop using the charger and complete the on-line form at www.pendo.com.au/recall or call 1800 767 841 to arrange receipt a replacement charger free of charge.
