What are the hazards?
The parking brake may not work effectively, posing an accident risk and potential serious injury to the occupant of the vehicle or other road users and property.
What should consumers do?
Peugeot Australia will contact all known owners by mail and advise them to present their vehicle to their preferred authorised Peugeot dealer to have replacement parts installed.
The operation involves checking, repairing or replacing the two rear brake callipers to ensure that the parking brake works effectively in the long term.
