What are the defects?
A small quantity of product has been found to leak electrical current to the metal housing and could become live.
What are the hazards?
If the lamp becomes live and is touched, this will result in an electric shock.
What should consumers do?
End-users should cease using the product immediately, ensure the power is switched off, and remove the lamp (i.e. globe) from the light fitting.
End-users should return all MASTER LED bulb 12 – 60W E27 2700K A60 lamps to Philips Lighting for immediate re-imbursement via credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or EFT.
