PWB Anchor part number 40380 (Batch number 7A). The Hooks can be identified by the following markings: 10 PWB HA800 on one side; and 10 GRAB 40380 on the other. The Hooks were available for sale by the company between the periods of 20 June 2007 and 5 December 2007.
Reasons the product is recalled
During recent testing and magnetic particle inspection of this product, a small number of hooks have been identified with a material defect that could adversely affect the performance of the Hooks.
