Reasons the product is recalled
The wall power plug charger breaches the relevant electrical safety standard and has no electrical safety approval number.
The hazards to consumers
The product may cause an electric shock and/or fire hazard.
What consumers should do
Consumers should immediately cease use of the wall power plug chargers and return them to the Rural Fire Brigades Association Qld at 101A Mary Street, Gympie Qld 4570. Contact Ruth Jennings on 07 5480 1351 between 8:30 am – 4:30pm (Mon-Fri AEST) or email support@rfbaq.org for a reply-paid envelope and to receive a replacement.
