Felt Bicycle fork with Carbon blades and alloy steerer
Reasons the product is recalled
The fork is cracking at the top of the fork steerer, where the stem clamps onto the steerer
The hazards to consumers
The steerer may crack and fail causing the stem to come loose potentially resulting in loss of steering control.
What consumers should do
Consumers should return the bike to their Felt Bicycles dealer where they purchased the product from and can have the bike inspected and the faulty part replaced free of charge or alternatively contact the distributor on 03 9580 7388 or 1800 805 024
