"Sweet Dreams" Baby Cot & "My Bub" Cot Mattress
Reasons the product is recalled
The cot and cot mattress when used together do not comply with the Australian mandatory safety standard, AS/NZS 2172:2003. Their combined use creates an entrapment space between the side or end of the cot and cot mattress that exceeds the limit stipulated in the Australian Standard.
The hazards to consumers
The defect may cause a suffocation and/or entrapment hazard.
What consumers should do
Consumers should cease using the products immediately.
Super A-Mart is offering a full refund for both the cot and cot mattress or to replace the cot mattress with a new, compliant one.
