The jungle friends bead rattle has two variations: a green lion or a blue elephant.
Reasons the product is recalled
Recent testing has indicated the products may not meet the mandatory toy standard for children under the age of 36 months. The plastic ring forming the rattle may separate or crack, causing the beads to fall out posing an ingestion hazard.

Ingestion of small parts.
