Reasons the product is recalled
Under certain operating conditions the secondary safety wedge system will fail to engage into the safety ladder. For this failure to occur, the primary lifting system must fail while the hoist is being raised or lowered.
The hazards to consumers
Equipment failure.
What consumers should do
Immediately cease use of the hoist.
