CD player was sold with an unapproved international travel adapter.
The hazards to consumers
The international travel adapter does not meet Australian Standards and users may receive an electrical shock in certain situations.
What consumers should do
Customers should immediately stop using the international travel adapter and contact Educational Experience on 1300 134 211 or hotline@edex.com.au to obtain an electrical cord with an Australian plug at no cost.
