The Sea Life 8 piece wooden puzzle was sold through the folowing retail outlets: Clints Crazy Bargains, Clints Warehouse, Silly Solly's, Solly's Warehouse, and The Warehouse, from August 2000 and sold for $3.95.

The toys do not meet the requirements of the consumer product safety standard, as they contain small pieces, which may cause a choking hazard for young children.
