The zip on the bag does not have a child-resistant slide fastener, or the required warning label.
The hazards to consumers
In contravention of the mandatory safety standard for bean bags, the bag is not fitted with a child-resistant slide fastener at each opening and may therefore allow access to the polystyrene beads, which pose a potential choking hazard to young children.
What consumers should do
Customers are advised to remove both the inner and outer zipper using pliers, and contact tigeRoy Kids to receive a warning label.
