Imported and sold from 7.9.05 to 14.10.05. These regulators were sold both indivdually and as part of the Uni-Flame oxy/acetylene kit.
Reasons the product is recalled
The acetylene gas regulators are fitted with a copper crush washer that results in the possiblity that explosive acetylides can be created.
