What are the defects?
Does not comply with the Australian mandatory standard Consumer Goods (Babies Dummies and Dummy Chains) Safety Standard 2017 as Warning label and instructions were not included on product packaging.
What are the hazards?
No warning and directions provided to customers. A torn or broken dummy may pose a choking hazard to children and a cord or ribbon attached to a dummy may pose a strangulation hazard.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should immediately contact the supplier for a copy of the correct information.
