The pacifier/dummy clips are made with double sided satin ribbon, chiffon flowers and a pearl rhinestone embellishment in the middle.
What are the defects?
The products contravene the permanent ban on baby chains with unsafe decorations, Consumer Protection Notice No.34 of 2011. The embellishments on the pacifier clips may liberate small parts.
What are the hazards?
If the ornaments detach from the dummy chain they may become a choking, inhalation or ingestion hazard, possibly causing death, illness or injury to the baby.
What should consumers do?
Cease using the product immediately and contact 4littlepeopledesigns in order to return the goods and receive a full refund, credit or another item in exchange.
