What are the defects?
The string of pom poms on the canopy creates a potential strangulation hazard.
What are the hazards?
Supplier became aware of an incident where the string of pom poms got wrapped around a child’s neck. This presents a risk of strangulation which can result in serious injury or death.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should immediately stop using the canopy and return it to an Adairs store or contact Customer Service on 1300 783 005 to obtain a refund or store credit.
