The products do not comply with marking requirements of the mandatory standard 'Consumer Goods (Swimming and Flotation Aids) Safety Standard 2017', as a safety warning does not appear on the product.

The hazards to consumers

Users may not be aware of important safety information about the use of the product (i.e. only use under constant supervision). There is potentially an increased risk of drowning if the product is not used as intended.
