Internal wiring is secured and connected to the socket-outlet(s) in a manner that does not comply with the relevant safety standards for electrical safety.

Possible risk of electrical shock or fire.
What consumers should do
Consumers should immediately stop using the power board and unplug it from the socket outlet. Consumers should return the power board to any Officeworks store for a full refund.
