The ski bindings are intended for use with Alpine skis and were manufactured between 1998 and 2002 in Austria. The models included in the recall are as follows: ATOMIC:Race 310/Race 412/Race 310, RaceRace 412. Xentrix: Xentrix 310/Xentrix 311/Xentrix 412/C310/C311/C412/CR310/CR412/R310/R412/SX310/SX412. Device 311/Device 412. Centro 310/Centro 412. DYNAMIC 310/RD, 10/X/Centro 412.
Reasons the product is recalled
The heel housing components of the ski bindings could crack, which may cause the binding to release when it otherwise should not, posing a risk that the skier may fall.
